What You Get With A GOOD REWARD PROGRAM!!




What I love about running a business is that it's the same no matter what industry you're in. No matter if you're running a local restaurant, hair salon or chiropractic office, it's all the same. I always hear from Fitness Professionals or other Chiropractors who are struggling, that "their businesses are different." That you just don't understand how my business works, "it's different."

And after working with clients in the fitness industry and chiropractic profession, and consulting with other business professionals in all industries, I've learned one big thing about business.

IT'S ALL THE SAME!!

We're all still working with clients or customers and providing either an impeccable service or an amazing product for people. It's the same no matter what type of business you run.

We all have to marketing our product and service, (tell others) then sell that product or service, (sell others), and then we must manage the service, manage our staff, and manage our clients, (manage others).

Recently, I was a popular restaurant here in Atlanta, and the cool thing about it is this restaurant is owned by a local company that owns SEVERAL different restaurants in Altanta. Actually, they own 7. And the amazing part about it, is that they're getting ready to open another restaurant.

At a time when other businesses are failing miserably, and closing their doors, this company is thriving and expanding. SO YOU MAY WANT TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
So here's the key to what they are doing and how to make it work for you.

1. They're targeting the more AFFLUENT CUSTOMERS.

This company targets the more affluent clientele that are least affected by the economy, or if they are, they're the LAST one's affected. This ain't no Walmart Crowd. They not trying to be the cheapest option for their customers, however, this doesn't mean they are not aware of what's going on in the world. They focus on IMPECCABLE Customer Service. And then offer their customers options.

2. Giving Clients Options.

Yes, they have more expensive, 30$ per menu options, then they have a 3 course special menu items. A full dinner with 3 courses for 30$. They offer, even the more affluent crowd options when eating in their restaurant.

3. Rewarding Their Favorite Customers.

They started a reward program, where if you eat at a different restaurant, each month over the summer and fall seasons, you get 30$ off each meal. A 30$ coupon good for a new restaurant every month. This ONE concept does 3 POWERFUL THINGS TO PROMOTE THEIR BUSINESS. One, it gets you out, spending money in their restaurant, every month. Two, it gets you to a NEW restaurant every month. So that you try out each of their restaurants, rather than just stick to one or two restaurant. Three, it rewards you for being a great customer, and builds a stronger bond to their product and brand name.

A reward program, combined with amazing customer service and targeting AFFLUENT customers is a foundation for any fitness business to thrive in today's economy and should be the focus of how you operate and promote your fitness business.

You will not win with a strategy built around becoming the WALMART OF THE FITNESS INDUSTRY!!
