Merry Christmas & Happy New Year From Core Client Attraction!!

Just wanted to wish all my members and followers of Core Client Attraction and myfitnessmarketing.com a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Chances are you or your staff may have a little extra time over the next 2 weeks, so I've decided to list a few things you may want to consider doing to make the end of the year productive and set yourself up for an explosive first quarter 2010!!

1. Remove clutter from your office, either at home or at the gym. Throw stuff away, donate, or give it away. Make some space for new work and achievements!!

2. Review all of your goals for 2009 and look at the ones your achieved and congratulate yourself!!

3. Make a list of goals not yet achieved and set a goal for getting them done by the end of the first quarter of 2010.

4. Make a list of new goals for each quarter of 2010!

5. Call every client that referred someone into your business and wish them a happy new year without pitching them anything.

6. Send all clients a holiday card with a handwritten message on the card, thanking them for their continued use of your training services.

7. Take one of your clients or one of your business referral sources out to lunch.

8. Take another SUCCESSFUL trainer or gym owner in your area out to lunch and exchange ideas.

9. Make a list of things that need improved in your gym, or training studio and list 3 ways to improve each.

10. Take the ONE THING that makes your mad, angry, or frustrated and do and/or spend whatever it takes to fix or eliminate it.

11. Make a list of things that can be delegated to assistants, or other trainers, and make a goal to delegate all activities that do not directly make your money, like filing paperwork, sending mail-outs or phone calls.

12. Make a list of the activities that you currently do that produce your highest income; training clients, creating marketing pieces, or creating online content, and make a decision to do only these activities and delegate the rest.

Remember, these are just a few ideas to help set your fitness business up for a successful 2010, enjoy the holidays and get ready for the new year!!
